Kailey walked me through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and helped me figure out how to Program my phone to the car, set my seat exactly where I wanted it and showed me what every button did. She even gave me new Velcro for my EZPass. I wish I remembered the name of the worker who switched my license plates because he was also extremely friendly and helpful. My first experience buying a car years ago scarred me, but Mohawk Honda gave me hope that their are still great companies out there!

One of my least favorite things to do is buy a new car but my salesman Shu Noory was one of the best I have worked with. He was helpful and patient in assisting me to find the appropriate car to meet my needs, no high pressure and multiple test drives. Knowledgeable about the different models. When a few glitches arose after delivery, as sometimes happen, he was right there, available, supportive and facilitated prompt response and resolution. The one thing that was not up to my expectations was the car cleaning upon delivery. There were both interior and exterior areas that were not up to par and seemed to have been hastily done, ie hard surfaces and screens dusty, smudges, grease spots, shipping protection not removed. That being said, I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and Shu.

He was helpful and patient in assisting me to find the appropriate car to meet my needs, no high pressure and multiple test drives. Knowledgeable about the different models. When a few glitches arose after delivery, as sometimes happen, he was right there, available, supportive and facilitated prompt response and resolution. The one thing that was not up to my expectations was the car cleaning upon delivery. There were both interior and exterior areas that were not up to par and seemed to have been hastily done, ie hard surfaces and screens dusty, smudges, grease spots, shipping protection not removed. That being said, I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and Shu.

I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. How refreshing to have an experience like I had with Mohawk Honda. And for the other Dealerships that were a dissappointment...you could learn alot about how to conduct business by watching them! They are doing it right!!!

We came back from test drive and quickly negotiated a very reasonable price for my car and I made it on time to a baby shower. Everyone laughed when I told them that I bought a car on the way to the shower. Besides John being awesome and all organized with my paperwork when I returned, the Finance people were also great. The car was spotless clean at delivery and they even drove out of state to register it for me! I couldn't be happier with the deal I got, and the car. Luis Morales has helped me with my last three leases and I have been happy each time. Kailey Bombard was the most comprehensive person who has gone over my new CR-V Hybrids tech features and shows me how to do settings that I didn't even know how to do on ny previous lease! Fantastic!
