I had a crazy experience while out in my CR-V this evening and Gunnar and Hunter saved the day. I had caught the knot of my jacket’s zipper pull in the seat belt latch and couldn’t release the belt (or the cord). Although the dealership was about to close and I was still 20 minutes away, Gunnar kept the shop open for me and Hunter was able to take the seatbelt housing apart and release the latch.
