Very fast and helpful staff. My only critique is in the layout of the main sales floor: the music was loud, there were a lot of people on the weekend, and all of the desks are open plan in a room made of concrete and glass. It was extremely difficult to hear Cory, who was sitting about three feet away. It may not be as aesthetically pleasing, but I recommend they get dividers or something to prevent the sound from echoing so badly.

Didn't buy from them, but if the cards were just a little better, I would pick this place in a heartbeat. Luis not only knew the preferences I had for a new car (not having the plate drilled in the front), he also was fine taking my trade-in with the modifications, just so long as I provided the OEM parts it came with. The bad… This is my 1st time leasing and I am already having 2nd thoughts about my decision. Really disappointed to find out once we made our payment agreement, come in the next day to sign paperwork and they offer all these “protection plans”. and I can’t afford them. I’m already $25 a months over budget before adding any protection plans. To them, what’s a few dollars more? It’s a lot to me. Now because I can’t afford all the protection plans, I’m scared something is going to happen to the car and I am going to get stuck with a hefty bill at the end of my lease. Wish these protection plans were part of the original negotiation. Now I’m just going to be stressed and paranoid for the next 3 years.
