Interior Information

Drivers who choose the LX trim level will find a 5-inch color audio display, while those who choose the Sport, EX, and EX-L trim levels will find a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment center.

Bluetooth® music streaming is available on each trim level while the Sport trim and above are equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.

Each model comes with Speed-Sensitive Volume Compensation (SVC). The music or podcasts volume will adjust automatically as the vehicle increases or decreases in speed so that exterior noises are masked.

The instrument panel is conveniently located so the driver is not distracted but can quickly glance at important vehicle information. It also incorporates ambient lighting to indicate whether or not efficient driving techniques are being used.

The HR-V offers seating for five and customizable cargo space with Honda Magic Seat®.

Honda Magic Seat

The Honda HR-V is equipped with the second-row Magic Seat®, which is a feature many Honda enthusiasts enjoy.

The second-row feature allows drivers to configure the vehicle’s cabin to maximize cargo room or comfort for the rear passenger.

There are three distinct modes that allow for configurations to suit your needs.

  • Utility Mode: This mode allows for the maximum cargo capacity of more than 58 cubic feet of cargo space to be used.
  • Tall Mode: Simply raise the seat cushions and lock them in place to carry tall items, like a tall plant or piece of furniture.
  • Long Mode: Removing the headrest and lowering the seatback completely allows you to engage Long Mode. This mode allows drivers to transport items like stepladders or instruments with ease.

The Honda Magic Seat® can be found in every trim level of the 2021 HR-V.

Safety Features

Drivers will find a variety of safety features that come standard in the new Honda HR-V like Vehicle Stability Assist™ (VASA) with traction control, anti-lock braking, and tire pressure monitoring system, among others.

The HR-V EX and EX-L trim levels come equipped with Honda Sensing®, which includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, road departure mitigation, and many others.

Each of these features were designed to keep you safe while on the road, no matter the length of the drive.
