2021 Honda Civic Hatchback
Elegant Design Paired with Cargo Space & a Sporty Performance
Searching for a versatile car that is fun to drive and packs a punch?
The all-new Civic Hatchback checks off all the boxes.
The Honda Civic Hatchback provides an exhilarating drive with a spacious cabin, ensuring total comfort even the longest drive.
The hatchback model offers a variety of amenities and creature comforts many of us have come to expect from a vehicle, like a touchscreen display, the Honda Sensing® suite of safety technology, ample cargo space, and much more.
Civic Hatchback Interior
An abundance of technology and comfort features are at the driver’s fingertips when inside the Honda Civic Hatchback.
At its base, the hatchback offers a 5-inch color LCD infotainment screen with Bluetooth® streaming.
The other trim levels are equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display with HondaLink, which allows you to connect with the vehicle.
Through the app, you can view up-to-date mileage, vehicle notifications such as warning lights, and save your favorite destinations.
And the 7-inch infotainment center screen is equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, ensuring you stay connected to what’s important — music, phone calls, podcasts, and more.
Civic Hatchback Cargo Space
Inside the new hatchback from Honda, there’s enough room for your gear without having to compromise on legroom or comfort.
And the airy cabin has enough seating for five adults.
The driver and front passenger will enjoy more than 42 inches of legroom and 39 inches of head room. The passengers in the second row will ride in comfort with 36 inches of legroom and more than 37 inches of headroom.
The rear seat also offers the 60-40 split option so you can customize your cargo space as needed for the journey.
The maximum cargo volume of the hatchback is 46.2 cubic feet, enough space for your camping gear or bags for a drive down the coast.
The 2021 Civic Hatchback comes standard with a turbocharged engine that is capable of producing 174 horsepower and 162 pounds-per-feet of torque.
Drivers choosing a hatchback with the LX, EX, Sport, and Sport Touring trim levels will find a slight increase in power.
Equipped with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, the car is capable of producing 180 horsepower and 177 pounds-per-feet of torque.
No matter which trim or engine option is chosen, as soon as the light turns green, the car is ready to move.
Equipped with an independent rear suspension, the rear wheels can respond independently to uneven road surfaces or driving conditions providing better handling and turning.
Paddle shifters found on the steering wheel allow you to downshift for a bit of extra passing power or shift up while on the open highway — all without taking your hands off the steering wheel.
The 2021 Civic Hatchback was engineered with your comfort and safety in mind.
Standard in every trim level is the Honda Sensing® suite of safety features. But these pieces of safety technology are anything but standard.
The driver-assistive technologies include a road departure mitigation system, lane keeping assistant, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, and adaptive cruise control.
The model also comes equipped with a multi-angle rearview camera providing three different views. This makes baking out of a driveway or tight parking spot a breeze.
Other safety features that come standard include Vehicle Stability Assist with traction control and electronic brake distribution.
Each feature has been designed by keeping drivers, passengers, and those that we share the roadways with in mind.
