Hello Jeffrey, I just wanted to let you know that David Gould and Adam were instrumental in our new purchase of a Pilot at your dealership. David returned emails to us 2 times pretty late at night 8:30ish and then again in the morning. This prompted me to go to the dealership which I may not have done otherwise. David gave a great price and Adam was friendly and easy to deal with. The dealership is warm and friendly. Love the i-touch and charging stations. We are picking up our Pilot tonight. (I do wish I got the mud mats included, but otherwise I am very happy.) This was my first time to your dealership and I liked it very much. I had an Odyssey I had purchased from Rensselaer Honda and I liked them very much too. I just wanted to let you know that the role that David played in conveying information to us was the reason we even got to your dealership. In this day and age of technology and little spare time busy families have David was VERY HELPFUL. He even gave me directions to your new location. Just thought you should know. Thank you.

When I did business with you years ago, I thought you were a great company to deal with- honest and fair. Unfortunately, my last car was a Toyota, and I've discovered that I don't respect the owners of this dealership at all. However, I see that Mohawk Honda supprots the Animal Protective Foundation, and was the only car dealership to collect for victims of Irene. It means a lot to me that you give back, especially to our animal friends. I'm not ready yet, but my next car will come from Mohawk Honda, and I tell others that they should support you, as well. Thank you!

My family would be remiss if we did not take this opportunity to share with you what a wonderful guy and great Mohawk Honda employee Jim Lynch is- Our son lost his only set of car (Honda Civic 2009)keys the day before his Binghamton University graduation last weekend......and of course this sent me (his mother) into the highest of motherhood stress level. I contacted the local Binghamton Honda dealership (Miller) who offered no assistance other than that the car needed to be towed to their dealership to get a key programed. That was fine BUT the car was parked in a parking garage and no towing company could get to the car because of the low entrance to the parking garage. We needed to get the car opened - roll the car to where it could be accessible to a tow truck. A tall order for us as not only had our son lost his set of keys- we could not locate the other two keys we received when we purchased the car. I called Jim to see if he could offer any advice and he came to the rescue- he explained in detail that we needed to do- he got a dummy key for us immediately and to top off his great service insisted on giving us his cell phone number , making me promise to call him -" even if it was midnight we should call him if we needed further help." Jim is the ultimate professional-and on top of that he is a wonderful and caring person. He is an outstanding representation of Mohawk Honda. Sincerely, Gary and Deb J.

My name is Frank R. and I wanted to extend my thanks to Mohawk Honda for recent service I received on my 2007 Ridgeline. The vehicle was in for a warranty repair for an AC leak which was fixed and the vehicle returned to me. Many thanks to Bryan Peck for taking care of this form e. During the repair process, some damage occurred to the front bumper due to the need to remove it to complete the repair. If they hadn’t told me about it, I would have never seen the tiny crack, so I want to applaud them for their honesty. I brought the vehicle back in for the body work and Patti Ferris should be commended for her service. She scheduled a loan vehicle for me to have while my truck was in the body shop and also took care of some rust that had formed on the interior panel of each door. I am very pleased with the results of all the services that I have received at Mohawk Honda and would not hesitate to come in when I am ready to trade in the ’07 for something new. Dear Mr. Haraden, I am writing to thank your staff for the exceptional service recently provided to me and my vehicle. On Wednesday, October 5th I came home in the evening to find a large antifreeze puddle in my driveway. Since purchasing my 2006 Civic in August 2006, I have always worked with Keeler Honda for my vehicle needs. I’ve noticed the customer service at Keeler gradually declining, and decided that I would try Mohawk Honda for the first time. I called the dealership that very evening, hoping that I would be able to obtain a service appointment. I was expecting the dealership to be closed, or that service appointment calls would not be accepted as it was near 7:00 pm. Much to my surprise and relief, my call was answered by a very friendly and patient Anita Pietrzak and an appointment was made for the following morning. I had a sleepless night, worrying that I may have a cracked engine block. I was anxious to arrive at the dealership, and was at the service bay prior to opening hours, expecting to be seen at 7:30 am when the service doors were scheduled to open. Needless to say, I was greeted by very pleasant service advisor, Lisa Valentino, and was in and out before 7:30 am! I had to use the shuttle service and had a delightful drive back home with Milton. I couldn’t believe how efficient everyone was, and right from my initial phone call, I knew I had chosen the right dealership. Later on that same day, I received the best news ever: I had a cracked engine block. Yes, it was the best news because Honda stands behind their products and it was under warranty! I never thought I’d be so excited to hear those words. My 2006 Honda Civic with 107,000 miles on it would have its engine block replaced at no cost to me! But, of course, this would mean that I would be without a vehicle for almost a week. Not to worry…Mohawk Honda provided me with a courtesy vehicle to use at no cost. I couldn’t believe it! I picked up my vehicle last night. (I must admit, I was a little bit sad to part with the loaner car!) Once again, Anita Pietrzak was wonderful! Wayne Peterson dealt with the final transaction and was as kind as can be. From start to finish, this was the most pleasant experience ever. Please extend my appreciation to your staff, as I know a lot goes into making a good dealership great. You certainly have a new customer in me. Thank you very much! Sincerely, Lauren M.

I can't say enough about this dealership and its salesstaff. I felt like I was being treated fairly throughout the entire process and ultimatley ended up leasing a brand new Accord. I want to say a big thank you to Mike Bennice who was my salesman and was so nice throughout the whole process. Everyone there is friendly and treat you like family the second you step onto the lot just to look. Never once did I feel pressured or swayed away from my bottomline to purchase a car. Hello Dave, I wanted to drop you a note thanking you for the courteous and direct = way you handled my email and phone inquiries which resulted in my = purchase of a new CR-V at Mohawk. I appreciate the fact that you did not = push me to come into the showroom to meet with a salesperson as was the = case with other dealerships. I also wanted to commend Johnna and Andy = for their efforts in making my car buying experience as hassle free as = possible. Johnna provided all the information we needed regarding = financing and handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently on the day = of pick up. Andy was a true gentleman throughout the entire process. He = had us test drive the vehicle, and explained each aspect of the = paperwork process. When we picked up the car, he filled the car with = gas, gave us a patient and thorough explanation of all the features of = the vehicle, and took us to the service area and introduced us to a = service technician who explained how we would arrange for service when = needed. I had been to another dealer, and called three additional = dealers in an attempt to gather information and pricing for the vehicle = I wanted. The staff at Mohawk Honda was without question the most = helpful, the most upfront, and the most courteous I encountered. It was a very friendly expereience. I had been to other dealers looking for the same car and found the deal made here was the best. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and got the payments I wanted. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful at getting the deal closed in a timely manner.
